Andy Groneman has been an award winning pit-master for years. And now he is sharing all his barbecue expertise at Proud Souls KC. I’ve had the pleasure of attending two of his classes and I am a better chef for it. He teaches the basics for each cut of meat but he also shows you ways to become an award winning pit-master- he doesn’t hold anything back! He covers all subject matter in great detail and answers all questions along the way. I plan to attend any future classes Andy has to offer. If you haven’t already done so, stop by Proud Souls KC, right across the street from Lowe’s and Walmart in the northland and check out all their products! Their quality can’t be beat!

We had a great experience with Proud Souls. I was on the search for a pizza oven, and they were extremely helpful every step of the way! They had great customer service — fantastic knowledge of the product and promptly called me back every time they said they would. Everyone there was extremely enthusiastic about their products and food. They knew the answer to every question we had, and said they are always available for future questions. You just can’t get the same quality, knowledge, passion, or helpfulness at big box chains that sell similar items. I would recommend Proud Souls to everyone!
