This class is designed to get you started in the world of BBQ. Take a hands-on view of the subject matter such as grill / smoker selection, lighting the pit, sourcing of proteins, anatomy, seasoning, smoke, saucing (or not), slicing, tasting and much more. We will have a TON of fun and best of all enjoy a full BBQ dinner at the conclusion of the class. Dinner will consist of tri tip, ribs, chicken and all the fixins. BYOB
