Time: February 2nd 3pm-7pm & February 3rd 5am-230pm

Are you considering entering in your first KCBS BBQ competition? Already competing but can’t quite crack the top 10 or pull out a big win? Or maybe just want to up your BBQ game- then please join us in this two-day competition class taught by Pitmasters Chris Webb of Bushmaster BBQ and Curt Wallace of Smoked & Furious In this two-day class we will show you the tips and tricks that have helped us become two of the best cooks in the country. Travel anywhere in the country and cook with confidence! In this class you will learn:

· Mental Preparation
· Formulate Timelines (At altitude & sea level)
· Wood selection & fire management
· Source, select, trim all 4 meats
· Inject/season
· Finish
· Hot hold
· Box building & presentation

Class will convene on Friday, Feb 2nd from 3pm-7pm and resume Saturday from 5am-230pm or until every question is answered! Friday night dinner and Saturday morning breakfast will be provided for all. We look forward to spending the weekend with you and showing you how to win week in and week out from coast to coast.
