Saturday, December 16: Bushmaster Brisket Class - Florida

Date: 12/16- 4pm-6pm

This free class is designed for the avid backyard or competition brisket cook who is an intermediate to advanced cook that yearns for the ability to put out a perfect brisket consistently. Taught by Proud Souls Barbecue very own Chris Webb of Bushmaster BBQ who is know across competition bbq as one of the best brisket cooks in the world. This class sells for $400 on its own- take advantage of this unique opportunity!

In this class students will see the entire cook process from start to finish to include:

• Brisket Selection
• Fire Building
• Heat Management
• Trimming
• Seasoning
• Injecting
• Times/Temperatures
• Finishing/Holding
• Processing Finished Product

Immediately following the instruction portion of the class students will indulge themselves with a tasting of brisket cooked by our instructor and will have the opportunity to participate in a “Tell All” Q&A open conversation to have any and every questioned answered.
