Time for dad to have some alone time with the grill! Man cards will be issued at this class when we teach you some of coolest meats to cook in the backyard. Get that fire going with some sizzle from a Tomahawk Steak, this party is Burnt Ends only cooking up some killer Brisket Points and finishing it off with the ever so popular Pork Shoulder (butt). We will show techniques on pellet grills as well as stick burners.
