Saturday, May 4 - Backyard Basics (Chicken Wings, Steak, CT Butts, Thors Hammer Tacos) - Kansas City (Free to Attend)

This class is designed to get you started in the world of BBQ. Take a hands-on view of the subject matter such as grill / smoker selection, lighting the pit, sourcing of proteins, anatomy, seasoning, smoke, saucing (or not), slicing, tasting and much more. We will have a TON of fun and best of all enjoy a full BBQ dinner at the conclusion of the class. Dinner will consist of Smoked Chicken Wings, Ribeyes, CT Butts and Thors Hammer Tacos.
