In this class we will show the 2 most popular methods of cooking a whole brisket. The tried and true low n slow method wrapped in butcher paper and the new hot n fast method wrapped in foil and finished in 5-6 hours. You be the judge on which method works best, either way, we all get to enjoy some fantastic brisket that day. One brisket cooked on charcoal and wood and the other on a pellet smoker.
